    While our jewellery is made with high-quality materials, including gold plating, we cannot guarantee complete hypoallergenic properties. If you have specific allergies, we recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before making a purchase.
  • Do you have a sizing guide for rings?
    Our rings are designed to be adjustable, allowing you to adapt them to your desired fit, even in Dubai's warm climate.
  • Where are you located, and do you offer international shipping?
    We are based out of Dubai, UAE, and yes, we ship our jewellery internationally. No matter where you are in the world, you can enjoy our pieces delivered right to your doorstep using express DHL or FedEx services. We offer free shipping for international orders above 250 AED. For orders below this value, a standard shipping fee will apply, which will be displayed at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, we'll provide you with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor its status during transit until it reaches your destination.
  • Do you have a physical store in Dubai?
    Currently, we operate exclusively as an online store. However, we periodically participate in market stalls and events across Dubai, which we announce via Instagram stories.
